The version of the Kies software for Galaxy S3 is “Kies_2.3.2.12054_20_1″, It comes “EXE” file format, just save it on your computer and run it to install the software.

Please notes that, the Android USB Driver for Galaxy S 3 (GT-I9300) was included in this Kies software. You can find the USB Driver from the Kies installation directory. You may need to back up it in case that someday you may want to remove the Kies software.

Yeah but does it still connect to you PC via the USB lead??
Mine did for the first few days, but now after a software update from SAMSUNG, it no longer does…
Any ideas?
