Samsung Galaxy Note 2 launched in US market does not support Samsungdive
Samsung official has launched a service called “SamsungDive”. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 owners can use samsungdive service to remote control their device.
Supported models of the Galaxy Note II includes: GT-N7100, GT-N7105, SC-02E, SCH-N719, SGH-I317M, SHV-E250K, SHV-E250L, SHV-E250S. It seems the consumers in the US can not use samsungdive to control their galaxy note 2.
To start using Remote control / samsungdive service:
From Home Screen , Select “Settings > Personal > Security
Select “Find my mobile > Remote Controls” or Select ” Remote control”, the menu is a little different for different models.
Now, Tap Register your Samsung account. Follow screen instruction to complete the registration
Next step, Register your Google account. Follow screen instruction to complete the resigration
Now visit http://www.samsungdive.com/DiveMain.do and sign in with your Samsung Account.
